Call Failing on Send To VRU node for VVB

Hi Team

 

We have new build system for CVP Comprehensive call flow and in this we are making call it is failing on Send to VRU node and I checked the CVP logs found the below error.

Our call flow is as below.

 

PSTN-CUBE-CVP-ICM->VVB (Welcome prompt)->CUCM->Agent.  

 

We are not sure why call is failing on Send to VRU node not sure which logs to check at VVB as we are new to VVB build.  Please help here.

This detail is good however we having VVB not Vxml Gateway so not able to link and as far as sending Label and co-relation id is concern it is getting back to CVP and CVP is able to send call to VVB but caller is hearing Cisco error message "Sorry, we are facing difficulties".





Please help from VVB point of view if there is any specific logs we can check as VVB is very new for us.


True, it isn't exactly the same but it is many of the same steps.

* Are the VVBs active and in service

* Are they added to CVP OAMP so CVP can get the call to them?

* Do the labels you have configured in VVB match what you have in UCCE?

* Are the labels enabled in VVB?

* Is your DNIS length set correctly in CVP and match what you have in UCCE?

* etc.

 

We checked the rtr logs in this we are seeing Network VRU label is coming back and router is looking for new script to route the call .... not sure why new call leg with Network VRU label as DNIS is getting generated here.  Any clue any configuration issue it seems but where it is it we are not able to find it.

Please confirm if below configuration in CVP OAMP exists:

- VVB devices are added in SIP Server groups

- Appropriate triggers are added under VVB Configuration

 

Both of the above options are available under System menu.
