Hi all,
I am using IPCC Enterprise ver 7.2. When a call comes in, my IP phone rings but my CTIOS client doesn't display call information ( nothing happens). After I take the call , the Agent status moves to talking.
Any ideas for my issue?

Have you set any peripheral variables associated with that call? Can you answer the call using the CTIOS desktop and not the phone?

Hi,
Yes. The first time, CTIOS client is OK. But now, it has that issue.

I have faced with that issue also right now and I dont know why this is happening. Does anyone have any idea?
