i am trying to setup sip dialer here.Call is coming to admin script but not connecting to customer.

Hi,
underpants gnomes. Nasty creatures, believe me, they just disconnect cables and do stuff, that's why your dialer won't work.
Seriously, can you please reveal some details? Like what have you done while troubleshooting? Also, can you post the some relevant information like the settings of the SIP trunk (both CUCM and router) and the ICM OO. Believe me, without that information nobody is able to help you.

PFB the config details.
1: on gateway
dial-peer voice XXX voip
session protocol sipv2
incoming called-number .
voice-class codec 2
voice-class sip rel1xx supported "100rel"
signaling forward none
2: created CUCM trunk between cucm and voice gateway and disable the ringback as per the documents.
2: Create Ba databse on logger and enabled outbound option through websetup.
3: Intalled the dialer and MR PG on PG
4: Created query and import rule with an outbound campaign
5: Created rougting and admin script and dialing mode PREVIEW_ONLY

1) Are the Contacts been delivered to the dialer (there would be something like good records and bad records can be seen in the Import Logger Process)
2) In the Dialer Monitors the Skill group and gets number of agents Logged on stats ?
What exactly you could see in logs ?

Now its resolved.
problwm was at gwateway ...toll fraud and dialer peer missing for agent extn....
