Hello everyone!
I have a general question on the "Call Redirect" step in a UCCX Script.
At a certain point in my script I use this step to forward the call to some extension.
Is there anything that should come after this step, when the call was successfully redirected?
Like "Terminate" or anything?
Or is it just the "End"-Flag?
Thanks!!
Jens

Hi
'Terminate' drops a connection, such as the caller or an outbound call you started. In this scenario (succesful transfer) the transferred contact is already gone, so you don't need to terminate.
You should just have an end step.
