Call routing based on DNIS in CRA script.

Hi,

I am trying to create a script that routes a call to other subflows based on the DNIS. I am translating all incoming numbers (DNIS) to one CTI route point. My problem is that the script always shows the CTI route point ext. as the DNIS. This makes sense but there must be a way to get the original DNIS. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance. Nathan

Hi,

Get Call Contact Info

Use the Get Call Contact step to access call-specific information and to store values in specified variables

Called Number : Variable that stores the number called by the calling party.

Original Called Number : Number called from the perspective of the called party.

Did you try using Original Called number field.
