Call Routing for UCCx

Hi Team ,

Customer has single toll free no. of Location A and wants his agents to pick up call from remote locate locations as well 

For example :

Call came in >VG>CUCM>UCCX >Agent 1 picks up call at Location A 

now he wants the call to be transferred to location B Agent .Can we do this in India ?

2. Customer has toll free number based at Location A only >Once the call arives at the VG ,can anyone from remote location pick up the call ?

Sure, as long as the agent is part of the CSQ that the call is delivered to any agent belonging to that queue can answer the call despite the location.  The routing will follow your CSQ routing algorithm, i.e. most skilled, longest idle, etc.
