Call Server down in CVP 4.0 NFR

Do anyone have experience in deploying NFR release for CVP. We just got 2 license from Cisco (CallStudio & VXML Gateway)?

We want to use the VRU Only (Type 8 VRU) mode with post routing from CallManager. We have completed the setup listed in the configuration guide but i found the call server is "down" in the CVP operation console.

So is there anyone share the same experience as me?? Thanks.

Hi,

system is licensed for only 2 ports yes.

For the call Server down, please raise a TAC SR providing also a snapshot of the subsystems for your call server and the license file.
