I have a custom report that fetching data from Call Type Interval table. Calls Offered, MaxCallsQueued are the available fields. But Additionally I want to add a field 'Total number of calls queued' in that particular Call Type for the filtered Date and Time. I searched UCCE Db Schema and I guess CallQHandled would be helpful for this. Is this OK or Do I need to refer some other fields?
