Calls are getting dropped at Voice Browser

Hi All,

In my lab set up the calls are not coming to ICM. Calls getting dropped at CVP Voice browser. CVP PG is not getting any event of the call( VRU PIM is active). Any clue abt this?

One doubt here After creating this my call flow will be like below right?

IP Phone connected to CUCM-------> VG --------> Gatekeeper ---------> CVP----------->ICM

No , the call flow will be :

CUCM -> Gatekeeper -> CVP -> ICM

I am sure you know this , there are two types of gateways on cisco (both should be configured) ingress and VXML

The ingress gateway has the PSTN termination and a dial-peer to forward the call to the CVP (either using gatekeeper or direct)

the VXML gateway which the VXML scripts is terminated and cahced on .

Inyour case calling from internal , there is no need for the gateway to be involved .

However i do strongly recommend to change the gatekeeper zone prefix config from * to 1234 since that you have to change it one it is working so you cann either forward the call to the CUCM or the VXML gateway.

Hi Amer,

After the CCM configurations, calls are successfully hitting the ICM scripts thru CVP Thanks a lot!

Now my task is to configure VXML gateway and play some promts.
