Can I display Callers ANI and Physical Location UCCX Caller ID

I am doing some brain storming. I have an up coming UCCX deployment and the agents stated that for the caller ID they would like to see the calling number, name of caller and location/address.

I know the name and location will have to be sent by the carrier, but I would like to determine if this could be displayed on Finesse ? I only ever did a setup where just the ANI is shown.

The ANI is shown by default in the layout header. Did you also add it somewhere else within the layout too?

As far as carrying information from CUCM into the UCCX Script, I have never seen this done before, but I suppose with a middle man server and some API magic dust, you could do this. I would think it would have to start at the gateway with TCL scripting, and then UCCX would read a shared data source to pull in the calling party info.
