I have a need to do screen pops to a service ticketing application that is client-based (not web-based) that is installed on the agent desktops. It has the capability to accept DDE calls to pop up a new ticket, pre-fill some of the fields, etc.
Is this possible with UCCX, or am I limited to stuffing the keyboard?

Well, that document does demonstrate that a middleware application can be developed to sit between CAD and the DDE-capable ticketing app. But what I really wanted was for CAD to be able to do the DDE calls. I'm not in a position to develop my own middleware app. But thank you very much for the reply.
