We got the license from licensing team but we found the issue about the license. Calabrio Workforce as attached screenshot.
There is no license button to upload the license file. I’ve just checked with manual, it should be have. Does it need any folder to upload the license file? Please advise how to solve this issue.

Is this for a new install or are you adding licenses to an existing platform?

You need to run postinstall.exe as admin and from the server to get the license option

We've already run postinstall.exe as admin. We are still stuck with the same problem.

This isn't quite your situation, but you may find this defect of interest, depending on if you're using Smart Licensing elsewhere. Unfortunately doesn't give much detail aside from contacting TAC though. Hope it helps anyway.
