Caveats Link not working for CVP 11

Hi,

The severity 3 or higher caveats links provided in the release notes for CVP 11 are not working. Is there another way to list all bugs affecting that particular release?

BST is currently down, team is on it, you should be able to fetch the defect list from the BST once its up again.

Please let us know the bugid you are trying for.

none of the links given in Release Notes for CVP 11 are working. It's not for a specific bug id, but for all bugs that have severities higher than 3.
