Dear Networkers,
We have CCMp 8.5(4) installed with UCCE 8.5(4).
the issue is that we cannot add or remove an agent from CCMP interface. We noticed that the Provisionning server is not running (red color from connection mnager)
From the CCMP provisionning servers logs we noticed the following error message:

There is an issue with the ConAPI manager. I don't know why. I checked the ports and application name from the CCMP side and it"s configured in the correct way.
Can you please advice ? How can we activate the provisionning server?
