Issue: Email & Chat was greyed out in IE and not even visible in Firefox (and neither was the logout button)
I found clearing the cache from Firefox fixed this issue.
Browser: Chrome - All OK.
Browser: Cisco Finesse - Not Ready for Chat and Email - Grayed out and no logout button
