CCX 8.5.1 - Supervisor Desktop is Bouncing

I am selecting a team, it shows no agents then disappears. Some other supers are seeing agents bounce in and out. We've had this problem before and rebooted at night and it fixed the problem. However it always seemed to be end of business day.

It's happening right now mid day eastern standard time and it's affecting the productivity of the supervisors from monitoring.

Is there a CSD service that can be restarted without affecting or disrupting production?

Feel free to restart below services in Production hours:

Cisco Desktop Enterprise Service

Cisco Desktop Call/Chat Service

Cisco Desktop Recording and Statistics Service

Cisco Desktop Sync Service

Also, if the agents are bouncing in and out, then you should look for the below two things:

1) Any anti virus or FW causing the issue

2) Are the required ports opened properly
