We have 2 options going forward to get the presales type of presentation..

1. Post a query at following portal asking for the presales presentation files https://communities.cisco.com/community/partner/collaboration/contactcenter?view=discussions

2. or ask the Cisco SE team locally in your country who will directly handover one to you.
