Hi,

I need choose the best solution to create a HA with CCX, but the agents are in the remote site.

I have a UCS C220 M3S in the branch site and I´m thinking in create 2 virtual machines with CCX.

So I will have:

Branch site:

UCS C220 M3S with: 2 CUCM + 2 CCX

Remote site:

Agentes.

What do you about this?

Sure, this is fine, but ideally you want to have the VMs on separate UCS hardware. Also keep in mind that unlike CUCM the CCX HA solution requires HA license.

If you do split the applications across WAN ensure you meet the latency and bandwidth requirements as documented in SRND.
