CCX Historical Reporting Tool Hangs

Hi All,

I have been experiencing an issue with the CCX Historical Reporting Tool version 7.0.0.116 where it hangs creating reports on several computers. Sometimes it hangs when the report is requested, sometimes it hangs when the application is closed. Strangely though, it is intermittent and cannot be relied on to hang on queue, making it harder to troubleshoot. Every time it crashes it writes an Event in the event logs specifying that it has hung but with no reason why.

Anyone have any ideas why it is happening? I cant seem to find a bugID related to this yet..

Hi

Can you let me know the following

a) version of UCCX running ?

b) Was the HR tool downloaded from the plugin page of this UCCX server ?

c) when installed on the workstation was a user with domain or local admin rights used ?

d) Is the workstatio windows XP or 7 ?

e)  Did the workstation already had any kind of crystal reports installed.

I have an issue with the HR tool, graphs and charts are not displayed. In this case my scenario is:

a)UCCX Premium Rel 7.0(1)_Build168

b)The HR tools was downloades from Tools->Pluggins (Rel  7.0 (1.16))

c)It was installed with a local admin rights

d)Windows XP service pack 3

e)No previous Crystal Reports related software installed

I found a bug related to sscsdk80.dll library but i didnĀ“t find any other kind of solution.

Anyone with similar issue???

Any help will be apreciated.
