Just wondering if anyone knows how to configure 'automatic import' feature in Cico CCX campaign configuration (CCX > subsystems > outbound > campaign > ?)

One possible option is to leverage the API to import contacts into your campaign.

it partially working.. it only displays the account number for outbound calls and I am still not able to work it out how to display first name and surname?
