Customer has only one CCX Pub ver12.5.1.11002-481.
Customer is reporting they are unable to ENABLE/DISABLE prerecorded messages on CCX system, once they select any option call drops.
When we connect, we realized that from last reboot ( 3 weeks ago) "Cisco Unified CCX Database" service is in INITIALIZING state.
Can this issue creating current problem enabling/disabling prerecorded messages?
Can I just try to restart "Cisco Unified CCX Database" service on office hours?
Any help will be welcomed.
