Hello,
I want to know Is it possible that CCX (12.5) record the calls of the Agents by itself and save recorded file in same server?
I meant, without MediaSense or something like that.

Hi Mohammed,
We (CommSouth) are a solution provider for Call Recording with Cisco and many other Telephonies.
There are many options for Call Recording. You can do via Cisco BiB or Cisco BiB with Secure RTP (sRTP)

As @Konstantin Vaksin correctly said, you cannot use UCCX to record the call and store on the UCCX server. UCCX database is Informix so there is no scope of recording and storage on same server. You will require the Recording Solution to record the calls and store the recordings in seperate storage server.

Cisco's solution + partners like Verint, NICE, Calabrio provides solution. there are other SI's as well who has their own solution like csinfocomm, etc. If you need one, you need to reach to Cisco AM for assistance and they will help you to contact right person.

There is multiple solutions on that.
The most common is to use phone BiB and use CUCM to negotiate RTP copy to be sent to the recording system.
