Hi,
I saw another forum request with this error related to the VOIP monitoring services, but I'm getting it when browsing to Personnel > Agents. Also, the UI doesn't seem to be able to query the DB/LDAP, and instead, just returns empty results. Anyone run into this one before?

What version of UCCX are you running?

We ended up having to restart the directory service on the box to resolve it.
