I don't know of any way to do this all within IPCCX scripting personally but maybe you can use a combination of IPCC scripting that triggers a batch script that launches the CCMUser URL and does the changes there??? Also, depending on what your end goal is, there might be a better way to handle this as opposed to call forwarding? As an example, if this is an operator phone, would time of day routing work better? Just a suggestion...if I'm even close to what you're trying to achieve....good luck.

I was afraid you guys, would say something like that.

Has anyone created examples of such javaclasses and XML scripts?

I think i might get a better understanding of this if I can get to see it in work and fiddle with it.

I need to get from A-Z here... and im at B...

To Accomplish what you want you'd need to know two things:

     1. Java

     2. AXL

You'd need to create a custom Java class that your script could execute to accomplish what you want, short of that there is no good way to accomplish that.

And good links for acomplishing just that ?

Im not your average java coder....
