Change/Disable CTRL shortcuts Agent Desktop 8.x

We are having trouble with people disconnecting calls when hitting CTRL-A thinking they are copying text. Is there any way to disable or change the shortcuts?

It appears it cannot be done per the following statement:

"You cannot change the hint or the shortcut key combination on any of the standard buttons, or assign an additional action to them"

Correct.  For now, we've disabled the standard button for the workflow group.  I logged a feature request with our account exec though.
