Dear all.
I'm configuring UCCX.
I have some exist team and now I want to change team's supervisor.
I have finished change on Team's configuration but when I log in supervisor account, team doesn't appear.
Please help me to fix this problem.

Hi Vihn,
So you have changed the primary or secondary supervisor to the one desired on the team configuration.
Can you try doing a Synchronize directory services.
Navigation:Cisco Desktop Administrator->Services Configuration-> Synchronize Directory Services->Synchronize

I did it yesterday but it was not successfull.
And I have do it again a few minute ago, it works.
