Changing the heartbeat values in CTI OS?

How do I change the Heartbeat values for the CTI OS?

In CTI OS setup

Can those values not be changed post the setup? Is running setup the only option to have those values changed?

Should be in the registry as well. As always, need to be careul changing the registry - keep a backup etc.
