We have some of our developers looking into doing some research on writing custom integration with our phone system. Cisco seems to offer the most integration with their Agent Desktop software. The Cisco Agent Administrator seems to have what they need. Does changing items in Cisco Agent Administrator directly effect production

Unless you are making the changes to the Default workflow group in Cisco Desktop Administrator, there will not be any impact. In an ideal situation, you should create additional work flow groups in Cisco Desktop Administrator and make the desired changes. Once that had been done, open the web based Cisco Desktop Administrator and apply the required work flow group to the required agents.
