I'm trying to download Cisco Agent Desktop 6.4.## (6.4.2.200)
On the Cisco site I can only find 6.0.#, and others such as 4,6,7, and 8.
I think I actually need 6.4.1 and then upgrade to 6.4.2.
NOTE: when I tried installing the version I have it created a Cisco Directory in the Programs Folder, but did not install the application.
