Dear Team,
We have UCCE 8.5 deployed with CUCM 8.5.
We have a problem : Some agent logout Suddenly with error 50003
they have to login again to resolve this issue.
Does any one as already seen this kind of error?
How and where can I see the source of this logout result?

50003 Agent was logged out because the Unified CM reported the device out of service.Please find the below link:-
