We'll be upgrading IPCC Express from 3.1.13 to 4.0 soon, and are planning to also upgrade CAD about 100 desktops from 4.5.X to 6.0. We'd like to be able to push this out to the desktops automatically, rather than do it manually.
We're planning to do this using BigFix, but haven't figured out how to automate the install wizard so that server information is pre-configured. Is it possible to do this via a config file of some type?

You have to only manual install them on the desktops. You can use this install doc

Were you able to sort this out? I have a similar problem.
The link sent earlier is not for Express, but for enterprise. The CAD 6.1(1) manual does indicate there is setup needed, but does it got into a ini file or something that can be included with the install?

I did find a registry key which stores the LDAP server's hostname, used during the install process. But that's about it.
We're planning to manually uninstall the old version on all desktops, then install the new version.

It's too bad it does not have a ini file like the VPN client where you unpack it, modify the file and then repack the file.
Thanks for the update.
