Cisco Agent Desktop incorrect version

Dear friends,

I installed UCCX 8.5(1)SU1 and now I am trying to install the CAD software on Agent PCs. I go to CCX Administration -> Tools -> Plugins and download the Cisco Agent Desktop software. However after the installation it displays this odd message:

Incorrect version found. Please reinstall your application.

Version on Server: 8.5.1.111, Version on Desktop: 8.5.1.150

What does this means????? I have a fresh PC and this is the first CAD software that i install.

has anyone experienced this before?

Any help will be very appreciated!

It says that after the RecMon update the CAD version changes from 8.5.1.111 to 8.5.1.150. I applied that update after fresh install. But what does this all means?   Any idea on how to resolve this? Can i downgrade the CAD again to old version 8.5.1.111?

Run the CAD Configuration Utility again.  It will update the version number and everything will be good to go.
