We have a customer who is installing XenDesktop in their environment in order to do VDI. They are currently looking at deploying CUPC client for version 8.5 which is listed as supported on the hardware/software compatibility guide. However, they also have UCCX and want to know if the CAD client is compatible. I checked and the guide listed Citrix as compable but it doesn't specifically list out XenDesktop/VDI capability.
Can someone please clarify if this is supported ( which I imagine is no ) and if anyone has experience deploying CAD in this fashion? Does Recording/Monitoring still work? I would assume no since there are no local resources...
