I got error message before access the Cisco agent Desktop .it shows Error Reading Action : Action
No entry found for :setdata
An Event or task button , refer to an action that should , but does not exist

It looks like there is some action set up on Startup event for CAD that does not exist anymore. Open CDA and check as shown in the attached screenshot (CDA.PNG) and remove any unwanted actions. Log out of CAD and then log back in again.
Note: Make sure that you are making changes to the correct Workflow. To check the correct workflow group of agent, open the web based CDA as shown in attached screenshot.

I have cross Check the configuration with your attached file . but configuartion is same , there is no action set up event for CAD..

Attach both the screenshots to this thread. Also, is it happening for all the agents or a particular one. How about creating a new agent and test with that.

If you are hesitant in sharing the requested information from a confidentiality point of view (can understand that part), then open a TAC case

Got those messages - but they are not linked with your problem my guess on those that they are part of some legacy code that does nothing in the current version.

As i said before i got those messages on perfectly working CAD, so they are not part of your problem. You need to supply us with more information as Deepak Rawat said because, form what i see so far i can't solve it.
Do you have working CADs in your environment, if yes is there any OS or hardware differences between working and not working etc.
