Cisco call center 11.0 using Jabber for android for agents question

Hi,

     Am asking brothers if possible for our call center "ccx 11.0 agent login to finesse" to run using CIsco jabber for android phones "not windows" if possible.

I searched the community and I found an old documents states that it's not possible for jabber unless it is jabber for windows but it's abit old doument.

any new reharding this topic.

In the 11.0(1) version, the compatibility guide does list specifically Jabber for Windows. However, in 11.5(1) and all newer versions, the specificity of Windows was removed, and it simply states Jabber. Now, I've been around long enough to know that documentation can be wrong, so you might want to validate it with a test too.
