Cisco Click to Dial solution for CRM

Dear,

I have CUCM 11 and UCCX 11 and CUPS 11 and a CRM.

I want to have a feature in CRM that every user can call number that show on crm page. is there any solution for this?

if there is a solution what should i do for configuration this feature?

Depends also on what CRM supports

The 'easiest' way is to use TAPI, have done that several times, but needs installation and configuration of the TSP driver on each PC

You have to download the TAPi client from the callmanager (Application/Plugin)

Choose Cisco TAPI 32-bit Client or Cisco TAPI 64-bit Client, depending on Windows version

After that configure tapi driver (normally username and password)

Make sure the user has a controlled phone

Test it with the dialer.exe program from windows, if all is correct, the dialer program must have control over the phone
