Cisco Contact Center download image

Hi,

I want to install Cisco Contact center demo version to see if our clients like it. Can anyone please tell us from where I can download the Contact Center file because I read it needs a DVD or an iso image to install Contact Center.

Hi Veeral,

You can not download the base installers of UCCX from the cisco site. You can only download the SR's and ES's.

To get the installables, please reach out to the sales team locally in your country for ordering install media.
