Cisco CUIC 10 Sec SLA Reports

Hello Experts ,

Good Morning!!!

I have attached the sql Queriy for PQ Based reports , which has default 20 sec SLA, the requirments is need to make 10 sec in the same SQL is that is possible ? if not how we can make 10 secs SLA report? would be great if anyone provide the any sample data

Hi, I might be missing something, but why not just change the service level on the PQ itself (and/or call type presumably as well) to match the service level goal? Is the idea that you're running some type of what if scenario as far as changing service level?
Another easier option for you might be to look at the answer/abandon interval reports in CUIC. If you already have them set at 10 and 20 seconds (among others), then you could look at those.
