Cisco Finesse 10.5 Disabling Call Variable layout

Hi All,

Is there a way to remove/hide the call variable layout from finesse desktop. If yes, can this be applied for teams?

Hi,

If you do not define anything in the default layout, then the call variable layout will be hidden. In 10.5, you cannot apply it for teams. That feature was added in 11.0.
