Dear community,
I was reading 11.6.1 release notes which is referring to a "My history" tab on Page 7 in order to view an integrated Call History overview. But for some reason I'm not able to see the tab for my agents, is it something that needs to be configured somehow?
We're running on 11.6.1.10000-51 (ES02-24) and I couldn't find any hint about the tab in the default desktop layout or somewhere else.

It is there by default, did someone perhaps remove it from he Finesse XML layout? Can you go to finesse administration page and compare default XML layout to one you are using either globally or team level?
