Cisco Finesse Edge and Internet Explorer

Hi Everyone

 

I've noticed a couple of users are starting to receive an error when trying to log into Finesse through Edge or Internet Explorer, the user signs into their phone then logs into Finesse, the system signs them in successfully with their credentials but the interface won't load. The error is a red band across the top of the browser along with the vague error message "An error occurred that prevented the desktop appearing. Please contact your administrator".

The workaround at the moment is to use Chrome but that's not ideal long term. It's only started happening recently to a couple of users, has anyone else come across this before?

What version of Finesse, what version of CCE/CCX, what version of Windows, and what version of Edge is this happening on?
