Cisco Finesse IE mode unable to log out

Hi!

Microsoft discontinued IE 11 and we can only use Edge in IE Mode. However, it does not allow you to log out, you try to log out by pressing the log out button, but you log back in immediately. Is there a solution for this?

Hi, what platform is this on (CCX, CCE, etc.), what version, do you only experience this with Edge, etc.? Once you give some more details people might be able to share their experience, but first I've heard of it.

Hi, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (64-bit) and UCCX 11.0.1.10000-75. Only edge does it. All other functions work in edge in IE mode.

Edge isn't listed in the compatibility matrix for UCCX version 11, only later versions, so even if you can get this to work, you likely won't be able to get support from Cisco if you have an issue. Here's the matrix if it helps.

We are also using Edge in IE mode for finesse with PCCE 11.6, but it doesnot happen like that.

What's the version of finesse and ES patches installed ? Can you run browser diagnostics on agent's machine and see if it shows up login attempt ?
