HI All,
I am currently working on Webex CC for one of our customers. They require a unified desktop layout for all their agents with widgets arranged in a specific order. I have conducted tests by rearranging the widget components in the desktop layout JSON file. However, I find it challenging to identify which gadget ID represents the actual widgets in the layout.
Could anyone please guide me on this or direct me to the correct documentation where layout names and their corresponding widget IDs are specified? For instance, "widget-id": "9d80a068-099c-48e3-b8a8-207eb38c47c5" corresponds to the widget 'Contact Details Currently in Queue.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated

Thank you for posting this. Did they say if this will be documented anywhere?

Hi @bill.king1
No, it is not documented anywhere and may be subject to change if there are any updates in the widget in use.
