Cisco Finesse stuck on loading while using Cisco webvpn ASA

Hi,

I have Cisco ASA with clientless WEB-VPN configured. Trying to access Cisco Finesse. it shows default credentials page but after entering username/password/extension it keep loading. doesn't ask to accept certificate or proceed. I have attached snapshot for reference. Internally it logged in properly.

Please suggest should we focus on certificate or something else?

Does anything happen/do you have any options if you click on the padlock icon with the ! sign at the top left?

Also, if you try it with any other browsers, do you get any additional information/errors?
