Can anyone advice /suggest how to pass the call variables (say account number) to the legacy old CRM application (DRS) once the call is answered, parallel needs to send the account number to the CRM application.
Finesse 10.0.1 is used.
Requirement is when an outbound call gets connected to an agent, Finesse should transcribes the account number (Z:1234567) into the CRM search text box and should loads the account.
Any headway on scraping the account number into CRS ? I took a look at the Finesse documentation and they have all sorts of API functions that allow to access data from the system and you can program it in html and javascript..
