Hi Team,
I'm looking for some assistance with Cisco Finesse on UCCX. I have a single user that receives the following message in the 'Team Summary Report' webpart:
"Reporting Services is starting up. Please refresh after a while. If error persists contact administrator"
The agent receives this every time she logs in, but refreshing loads the webpart properly.
UCCX version is 10.5
IE version on client is 10
The user is using the FQDN.
