Cisco Finesse Work Flow not Matching

Hi All,

I have created the  2 call variable  layout in Cisco Finesse Administration. Screen shot below

I have created the  2 Workflow with different url. and associated Work flow with  2 Teams Resources.

Whenever the call comes it is matching 1 flow only. can you suggest .How to achieve this.

Do I add anything in script

Hi, the screenshots are only for Actions, not the workflows.  You can use different conditions to activate a particular workflow which can execute an Action.  By the way, what is the significance of call variable layout here ?

If Cisco policy allows it (vs. them considering it advertising), you might be better doing a separate/fresh post in the group vs. a reply to a post, with that as the topic, as more people might see it.
