We are in process of deploying Finesse (with UCCX 10.5) to our small help desk. Help desk agents use couple of local URL's on daily basis. My plan is to popup these URL addresses as soon as they login to Finesse. Is this possible? How can I do that?
You can create workflows that would trigger pop-up, etc based on call state, i.e. ringing, answered, etc. but not based on agent logging in. For that you'd need to develop/purchase a gadget that you would embed into your Finesse layout.
