Hello,
I am trying to configure a Cisco ICM routing script which will terminate a call directly on an announcement in our Avaya PBX.
I have tried sending the caller to a service which is programmed with the announcement extension. From the callers perspective, this works, however when checking the router log viewer, I see an error about this not being a measurable VDN (something along that line).
It appears that the service is the only way to go, however with this error message, I am assuming there must be another way.
I have 7 IVR routing clients, and two additional PBX's that I would like to send directly to this announcement. The IVR's are not in our UDP so they cannot just dial the extension themselves, and I do not want to have to setup the announcements as a DID.
Hope someone can help!

You can try to configure instead of a service, a Label. You can set up one label for each PBX, i.e., for each routing client and depends on the routing client, ICM returns the suitable label.
Hope this helps,

Thanks Juan,
Unfortunately if I pass a 5 digit label back to my IVR, it will not be able to dial this and send the call to the PBX to play the announcement.
I need something like a label that can be translation routed. i.e. a Service that does not create an error in the router log viewer :)
