Cisco Jabber Integrated with Cisco Contract Center....(UCCX)

Dear All,

I have CUCM 9.5 with Jabber client & UCCX. I want to Video Chat option for client , Video chat with Jabber is ok.. But i want when users are Queue in Call center , that time with Beside my MOH ... Some Video Slide will show on Client Jabber window. Is it possible to do this thing on UCCX ?

Hi

UCCE has it - however UCCX doesn't yet. I'm sure it will appear (even Unity Connection supports video now) but I've not seen the roadmap.
